Blue Chalk Producers Honored with Fellowship & Grant

We’re so proud of Blue Chalk producers Léo Hamelin and Natalie Camou who have received prestigious awards.

Léo is one of fifteen journalists who jointly received €293,000 from the European Journalism Centre to report on issues affecting women and girls worldwide.

For her project, Léo will head to Rwanda and follow women in their twenties—first-time voters in the upcoming presidential election—to understand what gender equality and female empowerment mean to them.

Natalie won the Inaugural Audi Fellowship for Women at AFI Conservatory. The fellowship program supports one promising female director for her entire two-year AFI Conservatory enrollment.

Natalie also had the opportunity to attend the AFI Life Achievement Award tribute to Diane Keaton event where she was recognized in front of legends such as Meryl Streep, Woody Allen and Al Pacino.

We’re delighted to have such a talented people on our staff and wish Léo and Natalie the best of luck with their new projects!
