Promise of Oregon Video Wins Education PR Award

Exciting news! Our newest film for the Oregon School Boards Association (OSBA) has received an Award of Excellence in the National School Public Relations Association's (NSPRA) 2017 Publications and Electronic Media Contest!

"What Makes Oregon, Oregon?" was created for the third year of the Promise of Oregon campaign and emphasizes the need to invest in Oregon's schools.

NSPRA’s Publications and Electronic Media Awards recognize outstanding education publications, marketing and informational material, TV and radio programs, social media, websites and videos.

This is the second year in a row that a video from the campaign has been recognized by NSPRA. Last year, both "The Promise of Oregon: Year Two" and "The Promise of Oregon: David Douglas Early Learning Initiative" won Awards of Excellence in the same category.

Less than 9% of films submitted into the video category this year received Awards of Excellence, making this win all the more special.

Collaborating with OSBA on this project was such a pleasure and we are thrilled their efforts to prioritize education have been recognized by NSPRA.
