About the Project

Blue Chalk worked with Morgan Stanley to produce a series of short films to be shared across the web. The first of six videos, this executive summary introduces Morgan Stanley’s Institute for Sustainable Investing, which created the Sustainable Solutions Collaborative to partner with organizations around the world that are addressing global sustainability challenges. The film went live on Earth Day, 2024.

The remaining five videos showcase the five members of the collaborative for 2024 – EarthEnable, which designs sustainable housing solutions for rural Africa; MycoTile, which creates insulation materials from agricultural waste bonded with mushroom mycelium; RECARBON, which uses carbon fiber waste to create eco-conscious products; Sparxell, which produces biodegradable colorants for a number of applications, including materials and dyes; and Puraffinity, which removes PFAS, also known as forever chemicals, from contaminated water supplies.
