Blue Chalk’s Magnolia Network Projects Now Streaming on Max
After months of hard work and creativity, we’re thrilled to announce that two Blue Chalk-produced projects for Magnolia Network, "Growing Floret: Season Two" and "From The Source: Season Three,” are now streaming on Max, Warner Bros. Discovery’s rebranded streaming service.
Both shows are among a selection of Magnolia Network series chosen to be part of a new spotlight page for the network on the streamer which launched earlier this week.
Following the success of its first season and two Daytime Emmy nominations, “Growing Floret” is back with four new episodes. In this season, viewers will rejoin flower farmer Erin Benzakein in the Skagit Valley as she wrestles with the meaning of legacy while she works to save endangered roses, breeds never-before-seen varieties of zinnias, and creates a massive flower library, all while trying to run a business and be a good steward of the land. You can watch the trailer for the new season here.
Also returning is “From the Source,” a series that follows award-winning chef and restaurateur Katie Button as she explores the stories and uses behind different delicious ingredients. This season, Katie will be learning about everything from beef to vinegar, all while sharing her knowledge of cooking techniques to inspire others to be more curious, creative, and joyful cooks.
These launches mark a huge moment for Blue Chalk, which is now in its 10th year of business. “Our team has worked tirelessly to bring these new series to life,” said Blue Chalk Founder and CEO, Greg Moyer. “We’re incredibly excited to see these stories reach a wider audience through Max and can’t wait to see how they connect with viewers.”
Alongside “Growing Floret” and “From The Source,” Blue Chalk has produced several other series for Magnolia Network, including “Diary of an Old Home,” “Storefront Stories,” and “The Cabin Chronicles,” which is slated to have its third season stream in June.
All four episodes in season two of “Growing Floret” are streaming now on Max, Discovery+, and the Magnolia Network app. You can catch new episodes of “From The Source” on the Magnolia Network cable channel on Sundays at 2p/1c. “From The Source” is also streaming on Max, Discovery+, and the Magnolia Network App.
