A Chance to See Again Wins At Social Good Awards
We're so happy to announce that our film, "A Chance to See Again," has won a Cynopsis Social Good Award in the "Best Philanthropic/Human Rights Campaign" category.
Created for SEE International, the film tells the story of the inspirational Dr. Helena Ndume and her efforts to restore sight to thousands of Namibians.
This is Blue Chalk's third time to be honored at the Cynopsis Social Good Awards. In 2014, we won "Best Philanthropic Campaign" with our film, "First Sight: Sonia and Anita," and in 2016, we received an honorable mention for "The Promise of Oregon" campaign in the "Integrated Social Campaign" category.
Blue Chalk's COO, Pam Huling, and Blue Chalk's CEO, Greg Moyer, were delighted to accept the award and a breakfast event at the Yale Club in New York City.
Blue Chalk was one of two winners in its category. The other award went to Logo's "Trailblazer Honors", the largest televised LGBT Pride event.
A huge thank you to everybody who made this project possible and huge congratulations to all of this year's winners and finalists!
