‘The Promise of Oregon’ Campaign Wraps
Back in November 2014, Blue Chalk launched a statewide public education support campaign created for the Oregon School Boards Association (OSBA), dubbed "The Promise of Oregon."
Since then we’ve rolled out three short films (Count ‘em! One, two, three!), a petition, and a social media advertising campaign.
This month the second leg of the campaign wraps with “The Promise of Oregon: Alumni Anthem.” The short film profiles 10 graduates of Oregon public schools—including Dan Wieden, co-founder of Wieden+Kennedy and Greg Bell, motivational speaker and author—as they reflect on the educational experiences that started them on their paths to success.
In full the campaign profiled more than 200 students across Oregon, and included six videos, a website, a branding package, a social media and email marketing strategy, an online advertising campaign, and a video with campaign celebrity sponsor, Nicholas Kristof of The New York Times.
