About the Project

Blue Chalk worked with The Weather Channel to produce a series of short films to be shared across the web and adapted for television. The films tell the stories of real people for whom having an accurate weather forecast is essential.

From the old world harvests in Bordeaux to the new world of wine in Oregon's Willamette Valley, our eighth film for The Weather Channel explores how weather impacts the vintage of the wine during the most fragile time of year for the grapes: harvest season.
