Blue Chalk Launches Redesigned Website and Year Five Reel

To celebrate our five year anniversary we’ve redesigned our website and have created a brand new reel that tells the story of our journey so far.

Created by the wonderful team at Typecode, our website first launched back in 2013 with a design that has stood the test of time. But, after five years in business, we felt it was time to give the site a makeover and dedicate more space to the images and videos we work so hard to create.

Here are just a few of the changes we’ve made: The static imagery on our home page has been replaced by moving video and our “About” page now has a section that highlights our many awards. Staff photos are highlighted in a new circular format, our “Portfolio” page key art is larger and more impactful and our “Contact” page now includes two new maps to beautifully illustrate our bi-coastal offices.

Also featured front and center on our website is our brand new reel. Compiled and edited by creative director, Rob Finch, the film features a montage of some of the most beautiful and inspiring moments we’ve captured over the last five years set to voice over which details the story of Blue Chalk.

In addition to our new reel, we’ve also published several new films on our website including, "How Seamus Gets a Fish," created for the Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative, “Small,” created for the Boston Children’s Hospital Trust, “Let Knowledge Serve,” created for Portland State University and “Leading Boldly,” created for the Rheumatology Research Foundation.
