About the Project
Blue Chalk worked with Magnolia Network to create a short course on the fundamentals of cooking taught by acclaimed chef Katie Button.
The eleven-chapter course covers basic cooking techniques and includes everything from seasoning and cooking eggs to searing, roasting, braising, and timing out your meal.
The course is offered as part of the Magnolia Workshop where people can find the information and motivation to convert their interests into action.
“Techniques for Cooking” is now available on Magnolia Network and the Magnolia Network app.
