W3 and Davey Awards Honor Blue Chalk
Five Blue Chalk projects have won a total of eight awards in the Davey Awards and the W3 Awards.
"Standard: Rural Hospitals in Crisis," won a gold Davey Award in the "Non-Profit for Commercials" category and also won a silver W3 Award in the "Non-Profit for Video" category.
"Rising From The Ashes," won a gold Davey Award in the "Social Good for Online Film & Video" category and also won a gold W3 Award in the "Branded Entertainment-Social Impact for Video" category.
"The People's Newspaper" won a silver Davey Award in the "General-Documentary for Online Film & Video" and also won a gold W3 Award in the "Documentary Long Form for Video" category.
Lastly, "Fix Me A Plate Season 4" won a gold W3 Award in the "General Video-Web Series for Video" category while "A Sense of OHSU," won a gold Davey Award in the "Schools/Colleges/Universities for Commercials" category.
The Davey Awards honors the achievements of small firms whose success comes from big ideas. It's judged by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, an invitation-only body with members from organizations such as Conde Nast, Disney, Microsoft, MTV Networks, Yahoo, and many more.
The W3 Awards celebrate digital excellence by honoring outstanding work from some of the best interactive agencies, designers, and creators worldwide. It is also judged by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts.
This is our eighth year in a row to be honored with Davey Awards and our sixth year in a row to win W3 Awards. We now have a total of 32 Davey Awards of 19 W3 Awards.
